In developed countries, children are suffering from obesity. In fact, it has become a global pandemic now. The causative factors that play their role in developing obesity among children are low socioeconomic status, health behaviors, genetic factors, biology, and psychological factors. Multiple other key factors are also involved in the development of obesity, including physical inactivity and poor diet (Smith, Fu, Kobayashi, 2020). It mostly lacks the essential vitamins and is low in complex carbohydrates. It is all responsible for the high weight gain among children (Smith, Fu, Kobayashi, 2020).
